Course
program Starting from Maxwell’s equations, the course introduces suitable assumptions (e.g.,
Software on the frequency range / time variation of the involved quantities) to obtain
Assessment differential (local) formulations and to solve problems on application-relevant
domains.

The course builds on physics and mathematics fundamentals, with the goal of
translating them into practical engineering applications.

Applications will be addressed with both:

an analytical approach (closed-form solutions, when possible),
a numerical approach using finite-element simulations.
