PROGRAM EXECUTION FRAMEWORK

The Ideathon, organized by Career Catalyst Program, will be conducted across three systematically
designed phases over a two-day period, ensuring a structured progression from ideation and
validation to prototype development and final presentation.

Phase 1 – Orientation (Day 1: Morning)

Introduction to innovation concepts, release of problem statements, and formation of 2–3


member teams.

Phase 2 – Development Sprint (Day 1: Afternoon)

Mentored idea development with technical validation and submission of a working prototype
or solution model.

Phase 3 – Final Pitch & Evaluation (Day 2)

Teams present a 5-minute demo followed by Q&A, evaluated by an expert panel on


innovation, feasibility, and impact.

To maintain uniformity and professionalism in submissions and official documentation, the
