Algorithms
of actions of personnel, employees of security organizations and students of
Kabardino-Balkarian State University named after Kh.M. Berbekov when committing (threatening to commit) a crime in the
form of an explosion using an improvised explosive device, arson, an attack by an unmanned aerial vehicle, and terrorist
crimes.
1. Terms and abbreviations used:
unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) is an aircraft without a crew on board, fully automatic or remotely controlled;
an explosive device is an object that arouses suspicion upon detection (having signs of an explosive device), which may look like a
bag, bundle, package or box unattended in the area of the possible simultaneous presence of a large number of people, near explosive,
fire—hazardous objects, various kinds of communications, including if there are wires, ropes on the detected object., electrical tape,
sounds made, odors emanating;
A flammable liquid is a liquid that can ignite when using an ignition source and burn on its own after it is removed.;
A gathering place is a site (building) located near an object with sufficient area
to accommodate people to be evacuated, ensuring safe removal from the damaging factors of an explosion, fire and possible
consequences of structural destruction of the object. In order to avoid frostbite of people in the winter season, nearby buildings of
sufficient area for other purposes may be designated as a gathering place.

The object is the object (territory) of the organization.;
Operational services are representatives of the territorial security agency, the Federal Service of the National Guard of the Russian
Federation (non—departmental security units of the National Guard
Of the Russian Federation), the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of the Russian Federation for
Civil Defense, Emergencies and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters;
alarm message transmission — activation of the alarm message transmission system to military units
to the National Guard of the Russian Federation or to the system for calling emergency operational services using a single number
"112" or another valid number (including by telephone or cellular communication);
students — individuals who master educational programs; facility — an object (territory) of an educational organization;
staff, employees — teaching staff, administrative and other staff of the facility;
an employee of a security organization, a security worker is an employee of a departmental security service, a private security
organization that protects an object.;
The head is the director, rector, head of the organization or the person replacing him.;
Notification system is a system (means) of emergency notification of employees, students and other persons located at the facility
about the threat of committing or committing a terrorist act.

2.1. Detonation of an improvised explosive device

- provide assistance and support to other students only on the instructions of the organization's employees.
2.2. Arson (fire)

the evacuation exit, forming up in a column of two people.;
- be careful not to push people ahead of you up the stairs;
- having reached the stairs, students of one group should stick together, not run in a crowd and descend in an
organized manner only from one side of the stairs, leaving the other side for passage.
- all students who are not present in the classroom during the alarm (they are in the toilet, corridor, etc.) should
immediately return to the classroom, or join the group that started the evacuation, leaving the building of the
educational organization to join their group in a safe area.
- upon arrival at the designated gathering place, the students do not disperse, they wait for the teacher's
instructions.
2.3. Attack by an unmanned aircraft

orderly manner only from one side of the stairs, leaving the other side for passage; all students who are not present

3.1. Armed attack

employee of the organization, inform him of the danger and continue acting on his instructions.;
- when in the building, move to the nearest room or towards an employee of the organization, inform him of
the danger and continue to act on his instructions.;
- help an employee of the organization to block the entrances, including with the help of furniture
(independently block the entrances if there was no employee nearby);
- place yourself in the safest possible way, as far away from the entrances as possible, closer to the main
walls, below the level of window openings, under the cover of furniture;
- stay calm, talk quietly, listen carefully and follow the instructions of an employee of the organization;
- switch the means of communication to silent mode, or from off;
- to provide assistance and support to other students only on the instructions of an employee of the
organization;
- unlock exits and leave the premises only on the instructions of an employee of the organization, the head or
operational services;
- during an operation to stop an armed attack:
lie face down on the floor, cover your head with your hands and do not move;
If possible, stay away from door openings and windows.;
- if injured, try not to move in order to reduce blood loss;
- do not run towards or away from the officers conducting an operation to stop an armed attack, as they may
consider those fleeing to be criminals.
3.2. Placement of an explosive device

3.3. Hostage-taking

demands, remain calm and avoid panic, behave as unobtrusively as possible and do not attract the attention of the
violator.;
- when staying in a room near the hostage-taking site, help the organization's employees block the entrances,
including with furniture (block the entrances themselves if there was no employee nearby), stay calm, talk quietly,
listen carefully and follow the instructions of the organization's employee;
- place yourself in the safest way possible: as far away from the entrances as possible, closer to the main walls,
below the level of the window openings, under the cover of furniture;
- switch the means of communication to silent mode or turn them off;
- to provide assistance and support to other students only on the instructions of an employee of the organization;
- unlock the exits and leave the premises only on the instructions of an employee of the organization, the head or
operational services;
- during the release operation:
