Interview Process Plan – Injection

Production Engineer
1. Interview Panel
• HR Manager: evaluates communication skills, personality, and cultural fit.
• Factory Manager: evaluates technical knowledge of injection molding and production
systems.
• Operations Manager: evaluates practical experience, cycle time optimization, and
troubleshooting ability.

2. Interview Format
Stage 1: HR Screening Interview (Structured)
- Focus: communication, teamwork, attitude, adaptability.

Stage 2: Technical Interview (Semi-structured)


- Focus: injection molding process, mold maintenance, tooling, cycle time optimization.

Stage 3: Situational Interview


- Focus: real production problems, scrap reduction, machine breakdown handling.

3. Sample Interview Questions


HR Questions:
- Tell us about yourself.
- How do you handle stress in a production environment?
- Describe teamwork experience.

Technical Questions:
- What is cycle time optimization in injection molding?
