Tell me about yourself: I am Khorshida Yasmin. I am from Mymensingh. I have completed my
Graduation from Fine Arts and also post-graduation from HRM from Jatiya Kabi Kazi Nazrul Islam
University. During my academic journey, I developed a strong interest in HR practices, especially in areas
like employee engagement, performance management, and HR strategy in manufacturing industries. My
thesis focused on HR strategy in the FMCG manufacturing sector, where I explored how effective HR
practices can improve productivity and employee satisfaction. In the future, I aim to grow as an HR
professional and take on strategic roles where I can add value to both employees and the organization.

Why did you choose HRM?


I choose HRM because I am interested in managing people, improving employee performance, and
contributing to organizational success through effective HR practices.

What are your strengths and weaknesses?

Strengths

My key strengths are my ability to adapt quickly, my communication skills, and my sense of
responsibility.

Weakness

One area I am working on is that I sometimes focus too much on details, which can slow me down.
However, I am improving this by prioritizing tasks and managing my time more effectively.
