FAIR PLAY DECLARATION FORM

We, the undersigned teams participating in the Kabaddi Final, hereby declare that:

1. All players must maintain discipline, fairness, and true sportsmanship throughout the match.
2. Any form of misconduct, fighting, abusive language, or unsportsmanlike behaviour will not be
tolerated.
3. The decision of the referee and match officials will be final and binding, and both teams must
respect it.
4. Only the team captain is allowed to communicate with the referee or umpire regarding any issue
during the match.
5. Teams must not attempt to sabotage, delay, or intentionally disrupt the game in any manner.
6. All players must respect the referee, judges, organizers, and opponents at all times.
7. Only registered players of the team are allowed to participate in the match. No outside player will
be permitted.
8. Any form of dangerous play or intentional attempt to injure an opponent will result in strict action
by the match officials.
9. If any team or player violates these rules, the referee, judges, or event organizers have full
authority to take appropriate disciplinary action, including warnings, penalties, or disqualification.
10. Both teams agree to accept the final result of the match and any decision taken by the officials
or organizers without protest.
11. In case of serious misconduct, disturbance, or crowd interference, the referee or event
organizers have the authority to stop, suspend, or cancel the match, and their decision will be final.
