Stage 1 – Existing System Technology Upgrade and Operational Stabilization

 Work order generation and inspector assignment mechanism
 Inspection scheduling and job status tracking
 Document and deliverable upload, storage and version control

 Inspector invoice entry and approval workflow
 Inspector payment tracking and payout status
 Basic job profitability visibility
 Coordinator operational dashboard (jobs pending / reports pending / assignments)

Expected outcome: APS should be able to manage the complete inspection lifecycle from
inquiry to payment through the upgraded internal system.

Stage 2 – Inspector Mobile Portal Application

 Development of inspector mobile application


 Inspector login and profile management
 Visibility of assigned inspection jobs and instructions
 Inspection check-in / check-out tracking mechanism
 Flash report, inspection report and photo upload capability
 Real-time inspection status updates from field
 Automated communication and notification system for inspection updates

Expected outcome: Inspectors should be able to digitally execute and report inspections
through the mobile application.
Stage 3 – Client Portal Web Application

 Development of client web portal


 Client login and inquiry submission capability
 Integration of client inquiries with internal inquiry management system
 Client dashboard for inquiry and inspection tracking
 Report and deliverable viewing and download capability
 Client invoice visibility
 Business analytics dashboard for operational insights

Expected outcome: Clients should be able to interact digitally with APS inspection
workflow and track inspections in real time.
