Schedule a Class, Add Co-Host and Start recording in
Google Meet
1. Log in and open Google Meet in the browser
2. Click on the “New Meeting”
3. Click on “Schedule in Google Calander”
4. The details are
a. Add title of the Meeting (Class and course name)
b. Select the date and time of the class
c. Select the notification time that will be sent to the guests before the start of
the class
d. In the Add guests, add the e-groups of the class and the email addresses
of the monitoring body.
e. Uncheck the option of “Invite Others”
5. When the email address of the class e-group is added, it will show the option as
below. Click on “Continue”
6. Now select the “Guests” option and add the email address / addresses of the
“Co-host” (as shown in the picture below) and click on “Save”.
7. For the auto enable recording, click on “Meeting Records”. From here check the
option of “Record the Meeting” and click on “Save”.
8. Lastly, click on the “Save” as a final step to schedule
