Dear Suruchi,
We are pleased to offer you the position of Digital Marketing Intern at Xorvo
Technologies Pvt. Ltd. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work closely with
our marketing and technology teams on projects involving digital marketing strategies,
social media management, content creation, SEO, performance marketing, analytics,
and campaign optimization. We believe this experience will help you strengthen your
digital marketing knowledge, enhance your creative and analytical skills, gain valuable
hands-on industry exposure, and contribute to building effective online presence and
lead generation for our company and clients.
You will be joining us as a Digital Marketing Intern, with your engagement commencing
on 6st April 2026. The initial duration of your internship will be three months, with the
possibility of extension based on your performance and the client contract. During
this period, you will be working Remotely in accordance with our standard working
hours from 7:30 PM onwards on a rotational off basis, and a fixed Sunday off may not
be guaranteed. You are required to have a laptop, a smartphone, and a reliable Wi-Fi
connection.
In this role, you will assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns,
creating engaging content for social media platforms, managing SEO and SEM
activities, tracking campaign performance using analytics tools, and supporting
overall marketing efforts to improve brand visibility and lead generation. You will
collaborate with the marketing team to implement modern digital marketing best
practices and contribute to the successful delivery of marketing initiatives.
You will report directly to the Senior Manager (Marketing), who will mentor you
throughout the engagement, assign tasks and responsibilities, and regularly review
your progress and performance.
Stipend : You will not receive stipend for the first 3 months. The stipend will be
reviewed and may be started after these first three months based on your
performance and contribution.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various
online platforms (social media, email, search engines, etc.).
Create and schedule engaging content for social media channels and other digital
platforms.
Support SEO, SEM, and performance marketing activities to improve organic and
paid reach.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google
Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas, optimize campaigns, and
enhance brand visibility.
Learn and apply modern digital marketing tools, trends, and best practices in a
real-world environment.
This engagement is for training and professional development purposes only and
does not guarantee a permanent or full-time position with the company.
Either you or the company may choose to terminate this engagement by providing 30
days’ prior written notice.
Your internship may be terminated before the completion of the three-month period
under the following circumstances : If you are found to be involved in any illegal
activities, If you share client or company information with any unauthorized person
or entity, If the client project concludes.
Please note that this contract is strictly valid only until the duration of the project
with the company. In case the project concludes earlier or is discontinued, this
contract will automatically come to an end, irrespective of the initial duration.
