Jessa Mito – CEO

Justine Pagud – HR Manager

Shanelle Diaz – Editor

Fatima Hidalgo – IT Head / Trainer

Aliana Munar – Trainee

SCENE 1 - BRIEF BOARD MEETING

Narrator: The management team gathers to identify the studio’s training needs
as the company continues to grow.

Jessa:
Good morning, team. Our studio is growing and we need to ensure our
employees are properly trained.

Shanelle:
Yes, ma’am. We’ve started the needs assessment.

Justine:
So, our studio relies heavily on equipment connectivity, and digital
workflows.

Fatima:
That’s why we need someone who can manage and troubleshoot technical
systems efficiently.

Justine:
Then, the trainee will maintain studio equipment connections and
troubleshoot technical issues.
Shanelle:
The trainee, Ms. Munar, is an IT graduate with strong technical
knowledge but limited studio experience.

Fatima:
Good. Let’s make sure the training prepares her for real-time studio
challenges.

SCENE 2

Narrator: Clear training objectives are introduced to guide Aliana in

developing her technical skills.

Justine:
Good day, Ms. Munar! So, for your today’s training, you will operate
studio systems effectively and handle troubleshoot technical issues
during operations.

Shanelle:
Make sure these objectives are practical and measurable.

Aliana:
Understood po, that gives me a clear goal.

(Brief Orientation)

Jessa:

Before training, quick orientation muna. Mosaic Studio focuses on

photography and makeup services, and IT helps keep systems, files, and
software running smoothly. As an IT employee, you maintain equipment,
manage photo backups, handle software and networks, and provide tech
support.
Shanelle:

This training will help you gain real experience in IT support within
a creative studio environment.

Aliana:

Thank you po. I will give my best to meet your expectations.

SCENE 3

Jessa:
Again, before we start Miss Aliana, just apply your knowledge and
experience. No pressure, okay?

Aliana:

Yes, ma’am. Thank you po.

Fatima:
May I know what is your goal for your training?

Aliana:
Hmm, I think to confidently solve technical problems during live
shoots.

Fatima:
That’s exactly what we’ll train you for.

Justine:
You’ll learn through hands-on practice and step-by-step tasks

Shanelle:
Make sure learning can be applied directly to real work.

SCENE 4 - TRAINING

Fatima:
Let’s start by simulating a system issue. What will you do?

Aliana:
Check connections and restart the system.

Fatima:
Right.

(a sudden problem is announced)

Justine (acting stressed):

Fatima! The system is down! The booking screen froze, and the client
was waiting!

Fatima:
This is exactly the kind of situation we need to handle. Aliana, what
will you do?

Aliana (focused):
I’ll check the system connection first. (pretends to check
cables/computer)

Aliana:
The connection seems loose. I’ll reconnect and restart the system.
(acts resetting system)

Shanelle:
The system is back online!

Fatima:
Great job. What did you do?

Aliana:
I followed the troubleshooting steps—checked connections and
restarted the system.
Jessa (impressed):
Excellent. That’s the kind of response we expect in real situations.

(another problem arises)

Shanelle (panicking):
Wait... The edited photos aren’t saving!

Jessa (intense):
We cannot lose client data.

Aliana (calm but quick):

I’ll check available storage first. (pretends checking disk space)

Aliana:
Storage is full. I’ll save the files to another drive immediately.
(acts saving)

Shanelle (relieved):
Nice, files saved successfully!

Fatima:
Great! Technical issues handled back-to-back.

Jessa (approving, slight nod):

Calm. Logical. Efficient. That’s exactly what we need.

SCENE 5 - EVALUATION

Narrator: The team evaluates Aliana’s performance, focusing on her learning,

behavior, and results.

Shanelle:

Ms. Munar, how was the training?

Aliana:
It was engaging, especially the real-life situation po.
(Learning)

Justine:
Again, what is your first step in troubleshooting?

Aliana:
Check connections before restarting.

Justine:

Alright! How about during a shoot, what would you do if the photos
suddenly get corrupted?

Aliana:

I’d stop using the files right away to avoid further damage, and
check if they open on another device or software. If not, I’d look for
backups from the camera, external drive, or cloud.

Shanelle:

And if there’s no backup?

Aliana:

I’d try recovery tools and check the memory card for errors. I’ll
also inform the team immediately in case a reshoot is needed.

Shanelle:

Good. What is important is to keep it quick and calm.

Aliana:

Yes, ma’am. Thank you.

-
Jessa:
You handled the situation well. Can you apply this in actual
operations?

Aliana:
Yes, I feel confident now, and I will keep improving.

Fatima:

The training went well. Problems are solved faster and workflow
improves.

Shanelle:
That means the training contributes to business success.

FINAL SCENE - ORIENTATION WRAP-UP

Narrator : The training concludes as Aliana is welcomed into the team, ready
to contribute to the studio’s success.

Jessa:
Welcome to Mosaic Studio, Aliana. We expect great performance from
you.

Justine:
Another training and I guess you will be 100% ready to be part of our
team.

Fatima:
We’ll continue supporting your development.

Aliana:
Thank you so much po! I’m ready to contribute to your growing
company.
