Job Description: Software Developer

Location: Bengaluru, India (Hybrid / Remote)


Experience: 2–5 Years

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Software Developer to design, develop, test, and
maintain scalable software applications. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving
skills, a passion for clean code, and the ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code
• Participate in requirement analysis and solution design discussions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps)
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues
• Perform code reviews and ensure coding standards are followed
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes

Required Skills & Qualifications


• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Strong programming skills in Java / Python / JavaScript
• Experience with REST APIs and backend development
• Familiarity with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
• Understanding of OOP concepts and design principles
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)


• Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Knowledge of Microservices architecture
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
• Frontend experience with React / Angular
• Familiarity with Docker / Kubernetes
