Problem Statement

This is the data of a corporate where it stores the information of all the
employees, The manager wants to analyse certain aspects of this data.

Data Cleaning and Preparation


• Check for null values and wrong values in all columns
• Correct column names and remove unnecessary columns
• Merge both tables

Make KPIs
• Total numbers of employees
• Average age of employee
• Average salary per person
• Total salary given by employer
• Average leave balance
• Employee name with the highest leave balance

Analysis
Q1. Create age groups of Young (0-32), Elder (33-49) and Wise (above 50) and
Q2. Find how many employees are in these groups?
Q3. Find if there is any gender difference in salary?
Q4. Does Education affect salary level?
Q5. Find the employee who gets the lowest salary and the one who gets
highest salary?
Q6. Does age have any relation with average salary employee receives (Use
age group)?
