As a general appearance, 9 key stages are involved in the entire cycle, commencing with drying
animal skin and finalizing with moving the leather to another factory for final production using
trucks.
Looking closely, in the initial phase, animal skin is subjected to the drying stage. After which,
the processed skin is delivered to a factory and undergoes a thorough washing stage in a large
container filled with lime and water. Following that, the soaking step is applied to the animal
skin using lime. In the subsequent step, the phase of flattering is carried out using a rolling
machine. Once this is complete, the flattened skin is soaked in tannin, the mixture of water and
vegetable matter.
The next polishing step involves refining the leather with tools to prepare it for final products.
The process continues with the phase of transporting, which is carried out using trucks to move
the leather to a new location. Here, leather merchandise is produced such as shoes, bags and balls
