About the role: Sr. Executive level role with a team of 4-8 to be managed on site
showcasing leadership quality, High coordination and technical skills.
Site presence required
Key Objectives: Developing a comprehensive project plan and detailed
schedule, coordinating with Client engineers on site,
contractors, and other stakeholders.
Estimating costs accurately, controlling the budget throughout
the project, and suggesting cost-effective alternatives
Ensuring that construction work meets required standards and
specifications
Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies
to address them
Overseeing contracts with consultants, contractors, and
vendors, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions
Regularly reporting on project progress to stakeholders,
including any issues or delays
Facilitating smooth communication between all parties
involved in the project to ensure everyone is aligned and
informed
Conducting progressive meetings on site with stakeholders
Responsibilities Lead the site team to support the objectives and strategies
Champion safety in all construction aspects and promote the
safety objective that "Nobody gets hurt"
Manage the contractor's construction planning and execution
efforts to ensure compliance with project objectives, strategies,
obligations, and requirements
Provide execution strategy support to the project team through
construction oversight and assistance
Ensure that the contractor and subcontractors are compliant
with project safety expectations, policies, and procedures
Steward the development of an integrated safety plan for
construction.
Assist in the review and implementation of all contractor safety
plans
Steward interfaces and interactions between the contractor
and production operations, and drilling
Manage the interface with Medical Equipment suppliers and
specific biotech and medical specialised contractors in order to
minimize disruption in ongoing project Schedule.
Implement the IGBC Standards recommended in the
construction activities
Ensure that the detailed design deliverables support
constructability
Report construction progress, performance, initiatives, and
issues to the Project Heads
Take a leadership role in mentoring and training of site team
Clearly communicate to direct reports short-term and long-
term goals that support the project objectives
Encourage and recognize outstanding performance and ensure
that staff are appraised regularly and developed accordingly.
Commitment to the project from Commencement to Handover
Computer Skills AutoCAD, MS Project, Project Management ERP’s
Candidate BE/Btech Civil or equivalent level (MBA would be a plus point)
requirements
8 to 10 years of construction site experience (preferably
hospital construction)
Excellent leadership and communication skills (written and
verbal). Marathi speaker preferred.
