This letter (the “Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions of your
engagement as a Senior Usher with Abyssinia Events (“the Company”). You are
an important representative of our organization, and we are pleased to formalize
your position under the following terms:
1. Engagement
You are engaged as a Senior Usher for events organized directly or indirectly by
Abyssinia Events. This Agreement shall remain valid for a period of three (3)
years from the date of signing unless otherwise terminated under the conditions
below.
2. Payment
Payment will be calculated per event based on the agreed rate.
After a service period of two (2) months, you will be eligible for a payment
upgrade based on performance.
Payment schedule options:
o Monthly (every 1 month)
o Quarterly (every 3 months)
o Semi-annually (every 6 months)
You must select your preferred payment schedule in writing.
3. Dress Code and Appearance
All ushers must wear full black attire, clean and professional. Changes in dress
code, if any, will be communicated in advance.
4. Confidentiality
You agree that all terms of this Agreement and all company-related information
are strictly confidential and may not be shared during or after the contract period.
5. Non-Compete
During the contract period, you must not work for, represent, or provide ushering
services to any competing event organization without the written consent of
Abyssinia Events. This is aligned with the labor and competition laws of the
Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
6. Company Growth Incentive
Exceptional Senior Ushers may, at Abyssinia Events' sole discretion, be considered
for participation in company shareholding opportunities.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement with thirty (30) days written notice,
or immediately if misconduct, breach of confidentiality, or serious violation of
terms occurs.

this Agreement.

Act with professionalism, honesty, and courtesy at all times.
Represent Abyssinia Events with pride and uphold our brand image.
Maintain client confidentiality and protect event information.
Report misconduct, unethical behavior, or violations immediately.
Comply with all event-specific instructions and company policies.
Violation of the Code of Ethics may result in disciplinary action up to and
including immediate termination of the Agreement.
