March , 2026 we have within 15 days from date of receipt of the certificates from the depository participants for
dematerialization;
• confirmed (approved/rejected) demat requests;
• confirmed to the depositories that securities comprised in the said certificates have been listed on the stock
exchanges where the earlier issued securities are listed;
• immediately mutilated and cancelled the said security certificates after due verification and
• Name of the depositories have been substituted in register of members as the registered owner, in case of demat
requests which are approved.
