Position Title: Java Architect


Location: Pune

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Architect to design, develop, and guide the
implementation of enterprise-level Java applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive
experience in software architecture, team leadership, and cutting-edge technologies, ensuring
scalable and high-performing solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure Java-based applications.


• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and project scope.
• Architect solutions leveraging microservices, cloud platforms, and modern
frameworks.
• Guide and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and
coding standards.
• Perform code reviews, identify performance bottlenecks, and propose improvements.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend their adoption.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.


• 10+ years of experience in Java development, with at least 3 years in an architectural
or leadership role.
• Expertise in Java, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud), and Hibernate.
• Proficiency in microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like
Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex architectural
challenges.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.


• Certification in AWS/Azure solutions architecture.
