Important master

Item Master
Item description1 will be based on IS-namae.
Item description2 will be print in Oerder/Bill as per
clint requirment.
Both Description field can store atlist character

BOM
Every singale item can have multiple BOM

How To Map Item

Item

General Composite
Item Item
General Item:

standalone items and services that you buy and sell. Such as Cable Tray.

Composite Item:
Group different items together and sell them as a single item. Such as Structure.

Example

Master Item Name: DTR Structure for Rampur RE Project as per WBDCL authorised specification UM: MT

Item Name UOM
Bottom Chanel 70X40X6 NO.
Bank Clamp 12’ NO.
From Clamp 12” NO.
Back Clamp for Danger Board NO.
Front Clamp for Danger Board NO.
TOP Chanel 70X40X6 No.

Note: Child item quantity / Ratio with master item will be variable.
Pre-Manufacturing Process

Manufacturing Production
Sales Order
Clearance Order
Item BOM will MC will be Production
be attached based on S/O Order based on
with Sales Order Cumulative MC the MC.
can't be grater Quanitity can be
the S/O quantity less the Equal to
MC quantity.

Every sales order contains separate BOM for the item with all sub process. As example let’s assume our FG name is
FG0001, we have two of the order of same item from two different party. In this case item may same but BOM can
be deferent.

Example of BOM given bellow:

BOM for Order 1

FG Item Name :FG0001 Order No: SO/WB/26/00053

Process Input Item UM Qty Output Item UM Qty
Process 1 RM001 MT 5 SFG001 KM 3
SFG001 MT 3
Process 2 SFG002 KM 3
RM002 MT 2
SFG002 KM 3
Process 3 FG0001 KM 3
RM002 MT 1

BOM for Order 2

FG Item Name :FG0001 Order No: SO/WB/26/00053

Process Input Item UM Qty Output Item UM Qty
Process 1 RM001 MT 4.5 SFG001 KM 3
SFG001 MT 3
Process 2 SFG002 KM 3
RM002 MT 1.75
SFG002 KM 3
Process 3 FG0001 KM 3
RM002 MT 1

Production planning vs original production data may differ, we have to keep both data, so Gap can be calculated.

Production Plan can be partial also. As example: In above table inventory of any process can be available in stock or
came from Job work. In this scenario only required process will be entered.

Packaging material

Packing Slip
At the end of final process packing slip need to publish along with sales invoice.

Packing slip will be by furcation details of main item such as packet no. Item break-down details etc.
