90-Second Cold-Call Script – George Cooper | Nextera Logistics

George: Hi, this is George Cooper with Nextera Logistics. How’s your day going? (pause, engage) I work
with truck owners across the country to connect them with quality loads and help maximize revenue.
Do you have a minute to chat?

Driver: Sure.

George: Great! Do you have a truck available right now, or coming up soon?

Driver: My box truck is empty today.

George: Perfect. Can you tell me a bit about it—type, length, and weight capacity?

Driver: 26-foot box truck, max 6,000 lbs, owner-operator.

George: Got it. Where are you currently empty?

Driver: Nashville, TN.

George: Awesome. Do you usually run local, regional, or OTR?

Driver: Mostly local and some regional trips.

George: Perfect. We can match you with loads in that range. To get started, we’ll need a few documents:
MC Authority, W9, COI in ACORD form, and either a NOA or voided check for payment setup.

Driver: I have those ready.

George: Great! Our dispatch service helps you find loads, negotiate rates, and handle all the paperwork
so you can focus on driving. We charge a weekly fee based on truck type—8% for box trucks and 5%
for semis—so you get top-paying loads for the week without the hassle of hunting for them yourself.

Driver: Sounds good.

George: Perfect. If you’re ready, I can set up your profile today and start sending you some loads this
week. Should we do that?

Driver: Yes, let’s do it.

George: Awesome! I’ll email you the document checklist and guide you through onboarding. Welcome
to Nextera Logistics—we’re excited to work with you!
