During my postgraduate studies, I developed a deep interest in conceptual teaching
rather than rote learning. I have presented seminars on modern physics topics and actively
participated in academic discussions, which helped me improve my communication and
analytical skills.
I believe physics is not just about formulas but about understanding how the world
works. I enjoy simplifying complex concepts into relatable examples, and that is some-
thing I consistently work on.
Apart from academics, I enjoy problem-solving activities and logical puzzles, which

2. Why Did You Choose Teaching as a Profession?

For me, discipline is not about control; it is about creating a safe and focused learning
environment.

I believe discipline works best when students are part of the rule-making process. At
the beginning of the session, I would discuss classroom expectations with students —
how we communicate, how we respect time, and how we handle doubts.
When students understand the purpose behind rules, they follow them willingly. I
prefer guiding students toward self-discipline rather than imposing fear-based authority.
A disciplined classroom, in my view, is one where students feel respected, heard, and
responsible.
