Additional 5-Day Review Journal: t-Distribution and Independent Sample t-Test

Only

Day 26 (Monday):
I reviewed t-distribution with both GAS 11 and ABM 11 for one hour each. I
focused on the concept, computation of t-values, and interpretation of results.
Students practiced solving problems and showed better understanding than before.

Day 27 (Tuesday):
With GAS 11, I reviewed step-by-step t-value computation and the use of the t-
table. I emphasized careful substitution and calculation. Students corrected previous
mistakes and gained confidence.

Day 28 (Wednesday):
I reviewed independent sample t-test with ABM 11. I explained when it is used,
how to compare two group means, and how to compute the t-value for independent
samples. Students solved example problems to apply the concepts.

Day 29 (Thursday):
With GAS 11, I conducted practice problems on both t-distribution and independent
sample t-test. I highlighted the differences between single-sample and independent
sample tests and guided them in solving computations.

Day 30 (Friday):
For the final review session, ABM (2 hours) and GAS (1 hour) worked on a
comprehensive set of exercises covering t-distribution and independent sample t-
test only. Students demonstrated improved speed, accuracy, and understanding in
problem-solving, preparing them well for the exam.

Reflection:
These additional days focused solely on t-distribution and independent sample t-test
helped students consolidate their knowledge. Repetition and guided exercises
significantly increased their confidence and readiness for the exam.
