Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with deep hands-on expertise in
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. In this role, you will design, develop, and
deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that drive our sales, service, and partner-/community-
facing initiatives. You’ll partner closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-
functional teams to translate requirements into robust platform functionality, and mentor
junior team members along the way.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Architecture
o Implement the end-to-end design of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and
Experience Cloud implementations
o Develop scalable data models, security models, integrations, and Lightning
architectures
o Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and release
management workflows
Customization & Development
o Build custom Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, and asynchronous
frameworks
o Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components for user-
facing interfaces
o Configure and maintain declarative features: Flows, Validation Rules, and
Approval Processes
Integration & Data Management
o Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g.,
Mulesoft, Dell Boomi) or Salesforce Connect
o Oversee data migrations, cleansing, and deduplication activities using tools
such as Data Loader, Talend, or Informatica
Experience Cloud & Portals
o Understand and build Experience Cloud sites (formerly Community Cloud) for
partners, customers, or employees
o Configure profiles, roles, permissions sets, and sharing rules to secure portal
content
Release & Deployment
o Manage deployment pipelines using Salesforce DX, CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub
Actions, Copado, or Gearset)
o Coordinate sandbox management, testing, UAT cycles, and production
releases
Continuous Improvement
o Stay current with Salesforce releases and feature enhancements
o Recommend process optimizations and innovative solutions to maximize
platform ROI
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s\Maste's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related
field
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II
Salesforce Certified Administrator or Consultant (preferably Sales/Service Cloud)
Proven expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
implementations
Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript
Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP), middleware, and ETL tools
Solid understanding of Salesforce security, data modeling, and sharing architecture
Familiarity with CI/CD processes and DevOps tools for Salesforce
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Preferred Skills
Salesforce Certified Community Cloud Consultant (Experience Cloud)
Exposure to Mulesoft or Dell Boomi
Knowledge of SLDS (Salesforce Lightning Design System) and front-end frameworks
(e.g., React, Angular)
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and Jira/Confluence
