Prototype Review and Feedback Session.
6 September 2025
Phase of the project: Alpha Proto-testing.
Procedure: Walkthrough and verbal feedback session.
Client: I have been having to scroll around the recipe grid and the filtering is very quick. It would
be extremely simple to select the meals I desire to have throughout the week.
Client: But I realized that when I accidentally close the tab, I would be required to retype my
email and password before accessing my plan once again. As I will be working in the kitchen
and I am busier, can the app simply be logged in?
Me: That is a sound argument as to user experience. I will be able to put a checkbox of
Remember Me on the login page. I will have your session stored in browser to ensure that you do
not re-authenticate each time.
Client: That would come in handy. Besides that as I was glancing at the list of recipes I have
come to know that there are certain meals my family favors, and they are the meals that go well
with the leftovers. The current situation is that I have to scout them out whenever I come up with
a plan.
Client: Is there a means of saving or hearting certain recipes? Like that they will always be easy
to locate at the top. It would save me a lot of time when I am in a haste to reach the store.
Me: So, a "Favorites" system? I would certainly be able to include a toggle icon to every recipe
card. I will generate a specific page on the top under Favorites to which I will forward those
particular recipes where you can access them immediately.
Client: Yes, exactly! Having the opportunity to save my favorite ones that are considered as the
zero-waste option, I will be much more inclined to follow the plan and avoid purchasing more
ingredients.
Me: Perfect. I will make those two features; the login persistence and the individual favorites
page before we transition to the final version.
