A question that hits the ego

“Here’s a psychology fact you’re not ready for: ___.”

OR

OR

2. SET UP THE CONFLICT (5–15 sec)

Introduce the psychological topic + why it matters.

Make it feel personal and urgent.

do.”

OR

“Your relationships, your habits, even your confidence… all of it is influenced by this one
psychological pattern.”

3. MID-VIDEO HOOK #1 (Pattern Interrupt)

4. THE DARK/TRUTH BOMB FACT (Harsh Psychology)

Drop something uncomfortable but true.

This is where retention spikes.

Formula:

don’t value you.”

force it to change.”

Raise the stakes again.

Formula:

“But here’s the part nobody wants to admit…”

OR
“And this next part explains why your life hasn’t changed yet.”

6. BREAKDOWN / EXPLANATION (20–45 sec)

Explain the psychological concept in simple, fast, emotionally engaging language.

Formula:

“This happens because ___.”

“Your brain does this to protect you from ___.”

“Your mind thinks this… but the reality is ___.”

Keep sentences short and punchy.

7. MID-VIDEO HOOK #3 (The Wake-Up Slap)

Wake the viewer up.

Formula:

“If that hit you, good. It means you needed it.”

OR

“Here’s the truth you’ve been avoiding…”

8. SOLUTION / TAKEAWAY (45–60 sec)

Give them one simple, actionable psychological insight or habit.
