achieve food security, improve nutrition, and promote sustainable agriculture by 2030. Hunger
remains a serious challenge in Zimbabwe and other developing countries.

Definitions of Key Terms

Hunger: Lack of sufficient food for a healthy life.


Zero: Means none or nothing.
Zero Hunger: A situation where no one suffers from hunger.

Causes of Hunger

Poverty, climate change, economic instability, poor farming practices, population growth, and poor
food distribution.

Effects of Hunger in Zimbabwe

Malnutrition, poor education, poverty, high death rates, economic decline, and social problems.

Ways to Achieve Zero Hunger by 2030

Sustainable agriculture, access to resources, improved food systems, poverty reduction, education,
climate action, government support, partnerships, and reducing food waste.

Conclusion
