EXPLANATION: I created professional email templates and this makes every email feel custom-made,
which increases open rates in email marketing.
I even adjusted my GMass settings for tracking and unsubscribing links. This follows the best email
marketing rules and helps me to see who opened the campaign.🤭
What I learn through Gmail marketing and GMass:-
1. Google Sheets Integration: I learn to connect Google Sheets as a live database, allowing me to
use any column (e.g., Company, LastPurchase) as a merge tag to customize every email.
2. Advanced Personalization Fields: I can personalize entire paragraphs, images, links, and
attachments for each recipient.
3. Breaking Gmail Limits: I learn to bypass Gmail's standard sending limits (500/day for personal,
2,000/day for Workspace) using GMass's distributed sending or external SMTP integration.
4. Email Verification: I learn to verify lists pre-send to prevent bounces and protect my sender
reputation.
5. Campaign Analytics: I gain skills in analyzing open rates, click-through rates, reply rates, and
bounce rates directly in a Gmail dashboard.

Assignment no.2 :Social Media
Marketing
Introduction
What is social media marketing:-
Social media marketing (SMM) is the use of platforms like Facebook, Instagram,
LinkedIn, and TikTok to build a brand, increase sales, and drive website traffic. It
involves publishing, engaging with followers, running ads, and analyzing
performance to create two-way dialogues rather than one-way advertising.
Core Components of Social Media Marketing
• Content Creation & Scheduling: Planning and posting valuable content, such as
videos, images, or articles tailored to specific platforms.
• Audience Engagement: Actively interacting with users by responding to
comments, messages, and reviews to build relationships.
• Analytics & Reporting: Tracking metrics like reach, engagement, and conversion
rates to measure success and ROI.
• Paid Advertising: Running targeted ads to reach specific demographics and
increase visibility.
16
Key Benefits of Social Media Marketing
• Enhanced Brand Awareness: With over 5 billion users, social platforms offer
massive visibility.
• Increased Website Traffic & Sales: Directing users to products or blogs and using
features like in-app shops.
• Customer Insights: Access to data that helps in understanding audience behavior
and preferences.
• Humanizing the Brand: Allowing companies to appear more approachable and
foster community trust.
Common Social Media Platforms:-
• Facebook & Instagram: Broad reach, visual storytelling, and high-engagement
ads.
• LinkedIn: Professional networking and B2B marketing.
• Twitter (X): Real-time conversations and customer support. I used it for
assignment 1.
• YouTube/TikTok: Video-driven content and influencer marketing.
Main content: analysing the likes, shares, trend, comments, engagement etc i got in
the last 20 days on X(twitter) platform.
