risk of poor performance is an important challenge. Tradi-
tional methods used by many institutions rely heavily on
manual analysis of attendance records, internal marks, and
assignment submissions. These approaches are often time-
consuming and may fail to detect academic problems at an
early stage. As a result, students who require academic sup-
port may not receive timely intervention.

This research proposed a Student Academic Risk Prediction


and Early Alert System that utilizes machine learning tech-
niques to analyze academic indicators and predict student
risk levels. The system collects essential academic data such

The implementation of this system demonstrates how data-


driven approaches can improve academic monitoring pro-
cesses within educational institutions. By automating the
