opposite party for deliberately and knowingly not complying with the
order dated 10.02.2025 passed by this Hon’ble Court in Writ-C No.
826 of 2025 “Devakeenandan Vs. DM, Gonda. & others”.
Such other order or direction which this Hon’ble Court may deem
fit and proper under the circumstances of the case may also be passed
in favour of the petitioner in the interest of justice.

AFFIDAVIT
I, Devakeenandan, aged about 70 years, son of Pudai, resident of
Mohanpur, District Gonda, Religion-Hindu, Occupation-Business,
Qualification-literate, the deponent, do hereby solemnly affirm and state on oath
as under :-
1. That the deponent is the applicant/petitioner himself in the above noted
contempt petition and as such he is fully conversant with the facts and
circumstances of the case deposed herein.\
2. That the petitioner filed a Writ-C No. 826 of 2025 “Devakeenandan Vs. DM,
Gonda. & others” which was disposed of vide order dated 10.02.2025 with a
direction to opposite party to directing that the proceedings initiated shall be
concluded positively within 90 days in accordance with law. The Photostat copy
of order dated 10.02.2025 passed by this Hon'ble Court is being annexed
herewith as Annexure No. 1 to this affidavit.
3. That the petitioner served the copy upon opposite party on 03.04.2025 and then
again on 31.01.2026 alongwith the certified copy of order passed by this Hon'ble
Court through registered post. The copy of representation dated 03.04.2025 and
31.01.2026 with receipt is being annexed herewith as Annexure No. 2 to this
affidavit.
4. That the cause of action arose on 03.07.2025 when 90 days expired for
concluding the proceedings.
5. That it is expedient in the interest of justice may kindly be pleased to punish the
opposite party for deliberately and knowingly disobeying the order dated
10.02.2025 passed by this Hon’ble Court in Writ-C No. 826 of 2025
“Devakeenandan Vs. DM, Gonda. & others”.
