It is also a single document that stores addresses
DATA SOURCE: files or tablets that contain the data
that u will use to merge data into a merge
document ( the data will be the parts of the
documents that varies)
FINISHED DOCUMENTS: merged main documents
and data sources that creates your final product
Mail Merge steps in order:
1-Identify the main document type (Letters,
Envelopes, Labels, Directory).
2-Select the starting document.
3-Select recipients (choose the data source).
4-Insert merge fields (Name, Address, etc.).
5-Preview the results.
6-Finish & Merge (print or create the final
documents).
