OUTSTANDING TEACHERS FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2025-2026

1. In line with the revised policies on Employee Suggestions and


Incentive Awards System (ESIAS) provided under CSC Resolution
010112 and CSC MC 01 s. 2001 and DepEd Order no. 9 s. 2002. The
Bulanao West Elementary School adopts the herein program on
awards and incentives for service excellence PRAISE for all
elementary teachers
2. This aims to:
a. Honor and recognize the exemplary performance of teachers
b. Provide awards to motivate teachers who have contributed ideas,
suggestions, inventions, interventions, innovations, discoveries
and other personal efforts.
c. Recognize best instructional practices, outstanding
accomplishments, superior performance and exemplary behavior
of teachers.
d. Express gratitude for the positive influences of teachers on the
learners
3. The school will conduct the school year 2025-2026 awards for the
performances of the teachers and non-teaching personnel from
January to March 2026. This award is open to all teachers and non-
teaching personnel. This office promotes equal opportunities for all
teachers and non-teaching personnel.
4. The criteria for evaluation will be as follows:

5. The school selection committee will be composed of the School


Head; Administrative officer and the third member will be the
president or vice president of the teacher's organization.

6. The school selection committee will be chaired by the school head


and will chair the PRAISE Committee, and the Rewards and
Recognition will be chaired by the Administrative Officer.
