Artificial Intelligence. Our GPT product allows businesses to increase their productivity by
getting assistance in all key functions including sales and marketing, operations, customer

Position Overview:

Design, develop, and deploy agentic AI systems and agent orchestration pipelines using
Python and modern GenAI frameworks. Work extensively on Fluid AI’s GPT product,
building autonomous AI agent behaviors and multi-agent workflows. Build, integrate, and
where required fine-tune large language models (LLMs) to support these systems.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure scalability, performance, and seamless
integration of AI-driven services, delivering innovative solutions powered by next-generation
AI agents.

Key Responsibilities:

 Use autonomous AI coding agents (such as Claude Code, Gemini Code Assist, OpenAI
tools/Codex, CLI agents, etc.) to accelerate development - this is a core requirement for
the role.
 Develop and optimize features for Fluid AI’s GPT product, including multi-agent
workflows and advanced AI capabilities.
 Build and maintain robust backend services using FastAPI.
 Utilize Docker for service containerization, deployment, and environment consistency.
 Implement and optimize specialized semantic and vector databases to support advanced
AI reasoning.
 Work on challenging and innovative product problems, including unstructured document
processing, agent orchestration, and high-performance AI pipelines.
 Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure smooth integration, scalability, and efficient
delivery of features.
 Troubleshoot, debug, and improve AI model behavior, integrations, and backend
components.
 Ensure strong security and privacy practices in handling AI systems and data.
 Deploy scalable AI-driven applications to production and optimize them for varying
workloads.
