This development project proposal is subject to the following terms and
conditions:
1. The Parties
This proposal (known as “Proposal”), if accepted, shall legally bind [Everett
Enterprise LTD.] (known as “Company”) and [Wolfe Pharmaceuticals]
(known as “Client”).
2. Service Details
The Proposal assigns the Company to assist with the business expansion
within the states of Colorado and Texas (known as “Project”) for the Client.
Wherein the Project is expected to be completed within [three (3)] months.
3. Amount
The Project shall cost a total amount of [$17,494.55] to be forwarded to the
Company through check or bank transfer [five (5)] days upon the issuance
of the invoice.
4. Confidentiality
Both Parties are restricted from disclosing any information related to the
Project to non-participating parties without either Party's written consent.
5. Ownership & Rights
All information and materials provided by the Client to the Company for the
Project remain under the Client's ownership. Furthermore, All materials and
equipment used by the Company for the Project remain under the
company's property.
