(a) The input power to a device is 10,000 W at a voltage of 1000 V.


The output power is 500 W and the output impedance is 20 V.

i. Find the power gain in decibels.


ii. Find the voltage gain in decibels.
iii. Explain why parts (i) and (ii) agree or disagree.

(b) Figure 1 below shows the connection of an LM124 quad op-amp


as a three-stage amplifier with gains of A1, A2, and A3. Use a 270-
kΩ feedback resistor for all three circuits. Calculate;

i. Gain of each stage.


ii. Output voltage for an input of 150 µV?
