what is use of filter in customer graph


ANS:
When we apply filter small dropdown arrows appear in column headers.

Now I’m going ,


1. Click the dropdown in City column.
2. Uncheck all.
3. Select only Mumbai.
4. Click OK.
Now only Mumbai customers will appear
1. Select Customer and Sales columns.
2. Go to Insert → Column Chart.

Now the graph will show sales only for Mumbai customers.
