Respected Sir/Madam,

I am Keshav Gupta, a student of MSQE (First Year, Second Semester). I wish to request the issuance of a
No Objection Certificate (NOC) to enable me to apply for the MOSPI Internship Programme, which is
scheduled during the period May 2026 to July 2026.

My Semester II academic schedule is expected to conclude around 8 May 2026. I will ensure that I join
the internship only after the completion of my Semester II requirements. Further, I assure you that I shall
return and report back to the Institute before 20 July 2026, considering the reopening of the next
semester around that time. I will also remain available to appear for any back-paper examination, if
required during this period.

I kindly request you to grant me the necessary No Objection Certificate for the same.
