Start date: June/July 2026
Contract: Fixed-term (6 months)
Experience: 5 – 9 years
Your mission
As a Process Engineer, you will support our engineering and R&D teams in process
modelling, simulation and optimisation of our CO₂ storage technology.
Your main objective will be to develop and improve process models to support plant
design and scale-up.
Your responsibilities
Process modelling and simulation
• Develop and maintain process models using Aspen Plus or Aspen HYSYS
• Simulate CO₂ capture, injection and mineralisation processes
• Analyse mass and energy balances across the system
Process optimisation
• Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and CO₂ storage capacity
• Perform sensitivity analyses and scenario modelling
• Support scale-up of existing pilot and commercial plants
Engineering support
• Work closely with R&D and process engineering teams
• Support design decisions for future plants
• Contribute to technical documentation and engineering reports
Data and model integration
• Use operational plant data to validate and refine process models
• Collaborate with data and operations teams to improve model accuracy
Your profile
