Focused Study Routine
This routine is designed to help you rebuild focus, avoid burnout, and prepare effectively for
your upcoming exam. Start with around 6 hours/day of focused study, gradually increasing
as your focus strengthens.
Daily Study Routine (Start with 6 hrs/day)
Morning (7:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
7:00 AM – Wake Up & Refresh (15 min): Drink water, freshen up.
7:15 AM – Morning Grounding (10 min): Write your reason for studying and 3 small,
clear study tasks.
7:30 – 8:15 AM: Study Block 1 (45 min) – High-focus subject.
8:15 – 8:30 AM: Break – Stretch, walk, no phone.
8:30 – 9:15 AM: Study Block 2 (45 min).
9:15 – 9:30 AM: Snack/tea break.
9:30 – 10:15 AM: Study Block 3 (45 min).
10:15 – 10:30 AM: Light review – flashcards or notes.
10:30 – 11:30 AM: Study Block 4 (1 hour) – Practice questions or revision.
11:30 – 12:00 PM: Recap – mini test or summary writing.
Afternoon (1:30 PM – 4:00 PM)
1:30 – 2:15 PM: Study Block 5 (45 min).
2:15 – 3:00 PM: Short mock test or light revision (45 min).
3:00 – 4:00 PM: Rest or productive break (walk, journaling, music).
Evening (6:00 PM – 8:00 PM)
6:00 – 6:45 PM: Study Block 6 (45 min).
6:45 – 7:00 PM: Short break.
7:00 – 8:00 PM: Optional revision or mock test.
Night (9:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
Watch a motivational video, football clips, or light reading.
Reflect on the day: What did I learn? What can I improve tomorrow?
Sleep by 10:30 – 11:00 PM.
