• Kindly bring this invitation card with you.
• Only two persons will be allowed per invitation.
• Invitation is not transferable.
• Invitees are requested to be seated in their allotted seats by
10:30 AM and continue to remain seated till the end of the
program.
• All are required to stand when the academic procession enters
the hall and remain standing until the members of the
procession have taken their seats.
• When the convocation is over, all will remain standing in their
places until the academic procession leaves the hall.
• All are requested to keep their mobile phones on silent mode
during the entire period.
• Children (< 12 years) are not allowed in the hall.
• For entry into the venue, all invitees are required to bring one
Government ID Proof.
• During ceremonial proceedings, videos and photography by
the invitees/ graduates is strictly prohibited.
• All graduates are required to be dressed in traditional Indian
attire.
• For parking of the vehicles, please follow the markings given
by the venue management team.
