Everyone laughs.

Adrian smiles.

Camera never centers him.

Ella walking alone.

POV from behind tree.

Breathing slow.

Ella checks her phone.

Footsteps.

She turns.

Cut to struggle sounds.

Ground impact.

Police tape.

Mystery group observing.

LUIS

ADRIAN
That means he’s patient.

MARCO
Or he’s lucky.

Adrian crouches near bench.

An insect crawls near his shoe.

He crushes it slowly.

Ken notices.

KEN

ADRIAN

Look at timing. Both victims alone.

Maybe it’s someone socially isolated.

Or someone social enough to not look isolated.

They ignore that line.

Ryan walking fast.

Phone call.

RYAN

Shadow moves behind him.

Phone drops.

Struggle.

Ryan gasps.

Knife glints but never fully shown.

Silence.

ACT 4 — SUSPICION (20:00–25:00)

SCENE 7 — MARCO DOUBTS
Marco approaches Adrian alone.

MARCO
You were near both scenes.

ADRIAN
So were you.

MARCO
You’re too calm.

ADRIAN
What do you want me to do? Cry?

Beat.

MARCO
I’m just saying… something’s off.

Adrian leans closer.

ADRIAN
You’re looking for someone broken.
What if he’s not?

Marco unsettled.

FINAL ELIMINATION
SCENE 8 — ABANDONED BUILDING
Night.
Marco follows Adrian.

MARCO
Stop pretending.

Adrian stops walking.

Silence.

ADRIAN
Pretending what?

MARCO
I saw you near Ryan. You were watching.

Adrian turns slowly.

For the first time, camera almost centers him.

ADRIAN
You think you’re smart.

Marco steps closer.

MARCO
I know it’s you.

Beat.

Adrian smiles faintly.

ADRIAN
No.
You just want it to be me.

Sudden attack.

Marco struggles.

MARCO
You’re sick!

Adrian whispers during struggle:

ADRIAN

I’m careful.

Marco collapses.

Silence.

Adrian adjusts his shirt calmly.

Walks away.

Morning.

Police assume killer fled.

Mystery group shattered.

Ken crying.

Luis frustrated.

Adrian sits beside them.

KEN
We were so close…

Adrian nods.

ADRIAN
Yeah.

For trauma.
For madness.

Camera slowly moves.

First time fully centered on Adrian.

NARRATOR (V.O.)
They never searched for ordinary.

Flashbacks:

Adrian looks directly into camera.
