To make the two large webs:

Ch 4 and Sl St into first chain (making a lil circle)

Round 1: ch 2+ch1, dc into the open circle. [ch 1, dc into the

circle] repeat until you have 9 dc and your original ch2. ch 1 and
sl st into the top of your ch 2.

The round should have 10 dc (ch 2 counts as a dc) and 10 ch 1

spaces

Round 2: ch 2 + ch *3, dc into first dc from row 1. [ch 3, dc into

next dc from row 1] repeat until you reach your last dc. Ch 3 and
sl st into the top of the ch 2

Round 3: ch 2 + ch *5 (this number will increase by 2 every

round), dc into first dc from previous round. [ch 5, dc into next dc
from previous row] repeat until you reach your last sc. ch *5 and
sl st into top of the ch 2.

Rounds 4-14: repeat round 3 increasing the *number by 2 every

row. Your last round should have 27 chains between every
double crochet.

Attaching the two webs: match up 1dc, ch 27, 1dc, ch 27, 1dc of
both webs and sew them together

Making the 3rd web which we will call the small web so it’s not
confusing:

Where you finished sewing together the large webs you will fill
that gap with the small web. Attach your yarn at the second ch of
one large web, ch 2 and sl st into the second chain of the other
large web . Sl st into next two chains and turn your work.

Row 1: ch 1, dc into the open space under the ch 2 you made.

Repeat 2x. Ch 1 and sl st into second chain of web 1 then sl st
into the next two ch. turn your work

Row 2: ch 3, dc into first dc of previous row. Repeat until you

reach the last dc of the previous row. Ch 3 and sl st into second
ch from the previous stitch on that large web.

Continue repeating the row increasing the ch number by 2 (like

on the large webs) until you finish ch 19. Ch 1 and cut your yarn.

Attach in 5th ch of next web quadrant of one of the large webs.

Ch 21 and then dc into first dc of web 3. Ch 21 and repeat until
last dc of web 3. Ch 21 and attach at 5th chain of other web.

Sl st next two ch then ch 23, turn your work. Dc into first dc, ch 23
and repeat until last dc. Ch 23 and sl st 2 ch up from last row. Ch
1 and cut your yarn.

I used a ribbon as the tie string but if you wanted to crochet a

ribbon you can:

Ch your desired ribbon length, ch 1 and sc into second ch from

the hook. Sc into every stitch. Continue repeating that row until
you’ve reached your desired thickness.

Now just weave in all of your loose ends and you’re finished!
