Minerals and vitamins are organic compounds that can be found in a variety of food and are crucial

infections. Milk, eggs, and vegetables like pumpkin, carrots, spinach, and broccoli all contain vitamin
A. Green vegetables contain vitamin B which is good for the nervous system. By preventing infection,
vitamin C strengthens the immune system. Citrus fruit, such as oranges, contain vitamin C.
Berries, kiwi, guava, chilli, and tomatoes contains vitamin K which promotes blood clotting. Turnips,
beans, and peas all contain vitamin K. Calcium is necessary for strong bones, hair, and nails.
Potassium controls blood pressure and regulates muscles and nerves. Potassium is present in all
vegetables. Red blood cells need iron to function properly. Vegetables like spinach, leeks, and
