ANNOUNCEMENT OF CEREMONY TO BEGIN


At this moment, may I request the completers, parents, teachers, and guests to take
their places as we prepare to begin the Processional March. Let’s get ready for this
grand procession!

INTRODUCTION
Moving-Up Day is a day of celebration, marking the end of one chapter and the exciting start
of a new journey. The culmination of years of hard work and the pursuit of knowledge that
will empower us to face the future with purpose and vision. Moving Up is not the end—it’s
just the beginning of greater things to come!

PROCESSIONAL MARCH
Good morning and welcome to the 10th Moving Up Ceremony of Balongating National High
School, with the theme “Matatag na Kinabukasan at Bagong Pilipinas.”
Ladies and gentlemen, the Processional is about to begin! Let us warmly welcome the
Completers of Batch 2025, proudly accompanied by their parents.
We also extend a warm welcome to the faculty, honored guests, and SPTA officials.

TRIBUTE TO THE PHILIPPINE NATIONAL FLAG & INVOCATION


To begin the ceremony, let us pay homage to our beloved nation as we unite in the singing of
the Philippine National Anthem to be followed by the Invocation. Please stand still for the
singing of the Zamboanga del Sur Hymn.

" Today marks a milestone we’ve all been looking forward to— the day
when our hard work and sacrifices are recognized as we take the next
step forward." To our ever-engaging and brilliant OIC-Schools Division
Superintendent, Dr. MA. JUDELYN J. RAMOS, to our very kind and active
Public Schools District Supervisor, Dr. LEO S. POLIGRATES, to our very own
school Principal, Dr. Joselyn P. Valdez (Ma’am), to our honored guest
speaker, (ma’am), faculty members, parents, students, friends, visitors,
ladies and gentlemen, a pleasant morning and welcome to the 10 th Junior
High School Moving Up Ceremony of Balongating National High School.

To set the tone for this event let us welcome AYA FAITH D. RENTOZA, With Honors, to
formally welcome us to this significant occasion.

PRESENTATION OF CANDIDATES FOR COMPLETION
Now, we arrive at the highlight of the ceremony- The presentation of Candidates for
Completion.
To do the honor of presenting this year’s candidates for completion, may we have on stage
Ma’am JESLYN GAY L. PUERTO, Grade 10 Adviser, for the presentation and
certification of candidates for completion. After which, our School Principal, Dr. Joselyn P.
Valdez, will officially accept and confirm the candidates for completion.

MESSAGE OF THE SCHOOL’S DIVISION SUPERINTENDENT


At this juncture, let us be inspired by the message from our Schools Division Superintendent,
Dr. Ma. Judelyn J. Ramos. On her behalf, may we now call on Dr. Joselyn P. Valdez,
Principal of Balongating National High School, to deliver the message.

"My dear completers, the moment you have been waiting for has finally come. The fruit
of your hard work and discipline will finally be reaped. It is time to receive your prized
Certificate—a symbol of your hard-earned achievement.
To lead the distribution of certificates, let us welcome once again our School Principal,
Dr. Joselyn P. Valdez, to do the honor in the distribution of certificates, to be assisted by
our very own Head Teachers, Ma’am Leny Balaobao, Sir Lutgardo Casera, Ma'am
Mizpah Morante, Sir Michael Alangcas, and our respected Guest of Honor and
Speaker.

Today, we take a moment to recognize the outstanding individuals who have gone above
and beyond in their academic journeys. These students have demonstrated exceptional
commitment and a genuine passion for learning. Their achievements are truly
commendable, and it is with great pride that we now present them with these well-
deserved honors.

tomorrow’s reality.” Today’s momentous occasion is made even more special by the
presence of our distinguished Guest of Honor and Speaker.
To formally introduce her to us, let us give a warm round of applause to Ma’am Irene
Mae Macalimbal, Grade 10 Justice Adviser.

SPEECH OF THE GUEST SPEAKER

Thank you, Ma’am, for your inspiring words—not only to our completers but to every
one of us here today. Your message has truly left a mark on our hearts.

At this point, we would like to take the opportunity to present a


Certificate of Appreciation and a token of gratitude to our
esteemed Guest of Honor.
May we once again invite our beloved School Principal, Dr. Joselyn
P. Valdez, to hand over the certificate.

WORDS OF GRATITUDE
“If I have seen farther, it is because I have stood on their shoulders.” Such were the words of
gratitude of Sir Isaac Newton more than three centuries ago. Today, on behalf of the Junior
High School Completers, may I call on ANGELINE T. VILLAFUERTE, with honors, for her
talk on Gratitude.

Thank you so much ANGELINE for sharing your stories behind this
remarkable success.

MOVING UP SONG
In every meaningful chapter of our lives, some songs beautifully capture
the emotions we often leave unspoken. And now, to express the heartfelt

Now, let us take a moment to celebrate love and the unwavering support of our dear
parents.
To honor them, we now give the floor to our completers for a special serenade and the
presentation of tokens of appreciation.
Completers, this is your time—embrace your parents, offer a heartfelt hug or a kiss,
and express your deepest gratitude and love for all they’ve done.

AWARDING OF HONORS/SPECIAL AWARDS.


Our recognition continues as we honor students who have gone above and beyond,
demonstrating exceptional dedication and excellence. These deserving individuals will
now receive medals and certificates.
To begin the awarding, may we call on the Grade 7 Charity Adviser, Sir Siegford V.
Centino, followed by the Grade 7 Humility Adviser, Ma’am Alfae Charity G. Sarcena,
the Grade 7 Simplicity Adviser, Ma’am Honey Rica L. Oclaman, and the advisers of
Grades 8, 9, and 11.

CLOSING REMARKS & ACKNOWLEDGEMENT


To wrap up this unforgettable ceremony, let’s give a warm welcome to Andrea Tuico, with
honors, as she delivers the closing remarks.

This concludes the 10th Moving Up Ceremony of BALONGATING NATIONAL HIGH

PILIPINAS,” and this has been your Host ANIE ROSE M. PELARIS, saying “Success
is not final; failure is not fatal; It is the courage to continue that counts. GOD BLESS
