In light of this, I sincerely request your kind consideration regarding the dates that appear without log-in/log-out records.

Here are the following dates:

January 6 and 9- Failed to log time out as it did not register in the biometric system.

January 23- No biometric time out recorded due to power interruption.

I look forward to your understanding and positive consideration of this matter.

July 14 and 22, 2025- Failure to register due to unintentional oversight. Kindly excuse my missed log in/out for the said date. I was present and

have rendered my duties accordingly.
