This Summer Semester for managing the student information and academic
progress during the summer semester.
Summer Semester Registration
The "Student Registration" section allows users to add a new student details to
the system for summer semester.
[Link] No.: There's an input field where you can enter the Reg no. of the new Register
student.
2. Submit Button: After entering the Reg no., you can click the "Submit" button to add the
student details to the system.
The “Delete student registration” section allows users to delete a existed student details
in the system.
There are one main input fields:
1. Reg no. : There's an input field where you can enter the Reg no. of the Deleted
Register student.
2. There's a "Submit" button at the bottom of the form.
The “ Subject Wise details" section allows users to take a reports of subject wise
student registered details in the system.
There are two main input fields:
1. Branch: A dropdown menu with "Branch Name" selected
2. Subject : A dropdown menu with "Subject Name" selected
3. There's a "Submit" button at the bottom of the form to
display the subject wise report details.
After selecting above details then it will display the list of Students registered
for that selected subject
The “ Subject Wise statistics “ section to display a existed registered
students subjects details in the system.
The “ Branch wise Report ” section to display a existed registered students
subjects details based on branch wise in the system.
There are two main input fields:
1. Branch: A dropdown menu with "Branch Name" selected
2. There's a "Submit" button at the bottom of the form to
display that branch students details.
The “Slot wise student reports" section to display a existed registered students subjects
details in the system.

2. Subject code : A text input field for enter subject code
3. There's a "Submit" button at the bottom of the form.
The "Attendance sheet " section allows users to post a attendance to the system.

2. Section : There's an input field where you can enter the Section name.
3. subject name : There's an input field where you can enter the Subject name.
4. date : There's an input field where you can enter the Current date.
5. Faculty name : A dropdown menu with "Faculty names" selected
6. Submit Button: After entering the all input fields, you can click the "Submit" button to
display the number of students present in that slot to post attendance.
The “Subject allocation to staff" section allows users to allocate subjects to a staff
based on availability.
There are two main input fields:
1. subject : A dropdown menu with "subject names" selected
2. Slot : A dropdown menu with "Slot names" selected
3. Section : A dropdown menu with "Section Names" selected
4. Faculty name : A dropdown menu with "Faculty names"
selected
5. There's a "Submit" button at the bottom of the form.
The "Mark Attendance" section allows faculty to post a attendance to the system.
The “Summer semester subject wise absents list" section to display the absent
student details reports.
There are two main input fields:
1. Date : A text input field for enter current
date
2. There are two check boxes i.e., export
those data into excel file and send a
SMSs to those parents.

The "delete attendance " section allows users to delete a particular slot and date
attendance reports in the system.

4. Submit Button: After entering above details then, you can click the "Submit" button to
delete a attendance details in the system.
The "Delete Marks " section allows users to delete a particular slot,
date ,subject marks in the system.
The "Marks Entry" section allows users to add a particular slot, date ,subject
marks into the system.
The "Unlock Exam " section allows users to unlock exam info of a particular
subject and exam details from the system.
The " Marks Reports " section allows to display a particular slot, date, exam,
subject marks in the system.
The " Marks Reports Status" section allows to display a particular exam and
all subject wise marks reports in the system.
Reports Details
The "Student subjects" section allows users to display all students stubjects data
from the system.
After selecting above details then it will display the list of register no, name
and subjects details from the system
The "Subject wise" section allows users to display the subject wise student
registered data from the system.
After selecting above details then it will display the list of register no, name
and subjects details from the system
The "Attendance reports for Slot wise" section allows users to display the
attendance details for specific time line and subject Wise data from the system.
The "Subject wise absent students reports " section allows users to display the
absent students details for specific date and subject Wise data from the
system.
The "Attendance and mid marks reports" section allows users to display the
attendance and mid marks details data from the system.
