We are adequately funded and are rapidly expanding across geographies for scaling Audio Series.

Purpose of the Role:

Senior Program Program Manager will launch and drive strategic initiatives in partnership with different
stakeholder teams (content, growth, product,finance) and drive towards achieving organizational goals. The role
would also help during the fundraising and other investor related activities.

Key Responsibilities:
● Establish and manage the Program Management Office to drive the success of various strategic initiatives
● Identify new program requirements and collaborate with the respective team to enable the design and implementation
● Optimize the existing processes and build in efficiencies in the system
● Ensure timely completion of projects with the defined objectives by aligning various stakeholders

Skills and Competencies:


● Strong in first principles problem solving and data analytics
● Strong Stakeholder Management
● Strong experience in building and running program Management Office
● Possesses strong analytical and numerical skills with strong experience of Excel, including Macros, V- Lookups and Pivot Tables.
● Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.

Mandatory Experience:
● IIT + IIM - A/B/C/L/ISB + Consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Kearney) + VC/ Startups in Program and Stakeholder Management.
● Experience of 5-6 years
● Strong sense of numbers
