A BOARD RESOLUTION ENDORSING TO THE SANGGUNIANG


BAYAN OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF LUPAO, NUEVA ECIJA THE
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS OF LUPAO ELITE RIDERS ASSOCIATION
(LERA INC) FOR THE RE-ACCREDITATION AS CIVIL SOCIETY
ORGANIZATIONS

WHEREAS, DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2013-70 dated July 24, 2013
stated that all provinces, cities and municipalities, and all civil society organizations
intending to apply for accreditation and to seek representation in the local special
bodies,

WHEREAS, any organizations maybe qualified for accreditation in the


localities where such entities operates provided that they comply will all the
requirements and criteria set forth and their programs or projects have significant
impact in the concerned local government unit;

WHEREAS, the Lupao Elite Riders Association (LERA INC.) aims to encourage
and educate our fellow riders to comply with traffic rules and to extend
humanitarian services like relief operation, rescue emergencies, marshal assistance
to the most needed community.

WHEREAS, the Lupao Elite Riders Association (LERA INC.) support the
development agenda of the administration, participate and give inputs in decision
making related to local development plans.
NOW THEREFORE:

BE IT RESOLVED, that copy of this Resolution be furnished the office of the


Sangguniang Bayan for approval.

Adopted this 27th day of August 2022.

I hereby certify the correctness of the foregoing resolution duly adopted by


the Lupao Elite Riders Association (LERA INC.) during its session dated August
27, 2022.
