These targeted allocations ensure that specific resources such as materials and personnel requirements are met effectively .
The role of the local government is to coordinate and provide a security officer to guard the school premises, ensuring a secure environment where no pupils leave during class hours .
The plan ensures students have access to safe drinking water by installing additional water faucets with potable water around the school premises. This involves the principal and a plumber, along with necessary materials such as faucets, pipes, and sinks .
The success indicators for projects like the School Cleanliness Drive include achieving a clean school environment and whether classes effectively maintain their assigned areas of responsibility. The monthly prize for the cleanest area serves as an evaluation tool for the project's success .
