BARANGAY RESOLUTION NO. 03-2025

A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE HONORABLE GOVERNOR RAMON V. GUICO III, GOVERNOR


OF THE PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN TO ALLOCATE FUNDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF NEW
TWO STORY BUILDING OF BARANGAY HALL OF BARANGAY GUISET NORTE, SAN MANUEL,
PANGASINAN.

WHEREAS, for almost how many decades, Barangay Guiset Norte don’t have a Barangay Hall to
serve the community of Barangay Guiset Norte, San Manuel, Pangasinan.

WHEREAS, the Barangay don’t have enough budget to build its own Barangay Hall.

WHEREAS, the continues increasing in numbers of the population of the Barangay residents, it is
vital that there is a Barangay Hall building to be constructed to serve as the center of governance in
the barangay for the benefit of the barangay constituents;

NOW THEREFORE, upon the motion of Barangay Kagawad Jervis M. Flores, jointly seconded by
each members of barangay council, be it.

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, TO REQUEST THE HONORABLE GOVERNOR RAMON


VALICARIA GUICO III TO ALLOCATE FUNDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF NEW BARANGAY
HALL OF BARANGAY GUISET NORTE, SAN MANUEL, PANGASINAN.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copy of the resolution be furnished to the Governor of Pangasinan Hon.
Ramon V. Guico III and to all agencies for the imformation and favorable action.
