• Commission: 2.5% Address Commission to Charterers.
5. PAYMENT TERMS (STRICT)
• 10% (Ten Percent): Payable within 3 (three) banking days after signing of this Charter Party.
• 90% (Ninety Percent): Payable within 3 (three) banking days after signing of Clean Bills of Lading,
but always Before Breaking Bulk (BBB) at the discharge port.
• Freight is deemed earned on loading, non-returnable Ship and/or Cargo lost or not lost.

6. LOADING & DISCHARGING TERMS (L/D)
• Loading Rate: 1,500 MT per Weather Working Day (WWD) of 24 consecutive hours.
• Discharging Rate: 1,000 MT per Weather Working Day (WWD) of 24 consecutive hours.
• Demurrage: USD 14,000 per day or pro rata.
• Despatch: USD 7,000 per day or pro rata (Half Demurrage).
2 • Laytime: To commence at 13:00 if NOR is tendered before 12:00, or at 08:00 next working day if
tendered after 12:00.
7. SHIP’S CONDITION & CARGO CARE
• Hold Cleanliness: Vessel to arrive at POL with holds swept, washed, and dried (Grain Clean), strictly
suitable for food-grade bagged sugar.
• Protection: Kraft paper and dunnage for bag protection to be supplied and for the account of
Charterers.
• Ventilation: Master to provide natural/mechanical ventilation as per standard sugar trade requirements.
8. ARBITRATION & LAW
• This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law.
• Place of Arbitration: London (LMAA Terms).
• DIGITAL SIGNATURE CLAUSE
• The parties agree that this Charter Party / Fixture Note may be executed by digital signature (e.g., DocuSign, Adobe Sign) or by
exchange of scanned signatures in PDF format. Both parties acknowledge that such signatures shall be deemed as original and
legally binding, carrying the same weight and effect as a handwritten signature on a physical document.
