CASE 1 : PHAM TRAN MINH HUY

- Character : C style - places emphasis on quality and accuracy, expertise and
competency. He enjoy independence, demand the details, and often fear being
wrong.
- Health : “addicted to wine and beer for 2 years- been out for 1 year, so the
cardiovascular is abnormal. Has none injury before, a muscular guy so it
becomes easy to gain strength due to his need ( below )
- Approach : he loves my deadlift and want to become like me, so … no
problem ??
- Income : has a budget range to pay for a coaching between 6-10mil per 2
months, willing to pay if his need is acquired
- Need : his goal is to compete in Dec VPC with 180-120-220 (now is 140-110-
195; a lot to do with Squat ), so the plan is to be accustomed with lifting
movement from March to June, the rest os ready to meet prep. Building some
“more mass” is required in the first phase, then the hard stuff will come.
Furthermore, Huy just can work out for 3 days/ week so the block must be crystal
clear

CASE 2 : HUYNH NGUYEN DONG NGHI aka Mama

it ?!?
- Health : lifetime marathon runner, love sport, never been injured, but she is aged
and her organs cannot keep up with her body. 8/10 health for a 50 years-young.
One more important thing that she loves junk food and eat those everyday
- Approach : if she likes something, she will research for 100% of it- from the
customer’s review to the ads on social network. Always know which product is
good and bad. To approach her you have to be trustworthy and listen to her
needs. She does not care about what is the plan, but the reward that she can
achieve with your help ( VISUALIZE style- so much hate people that their actions
not follow their talking )
- Income : any budget range is fine only if you have what she needs. Willing to pay
10mil for a PT 1-1
- Need : gain muscle so she can attend 42km marathon in August. Her heart rate
is fine before the 33th km but the muscle cannot maintain, cramp becomes
hurtful and she cannot even walk. So the goal is to gain some muscle- the plan is
to combined between lifting weight and sprinting during days, long run marathon
only occurs in weekend from March to May, or early June.
